Overnight Crime

Hello all,

We are back on duty and unfortunately there has been a Residential Burglary reported in Parkstone Avenue (middle section) on 04/06/2026 sometime between 1620-1715 hours.

Suspects x3 were captured on neighbours cctv stopping outside venue in a Silver colour motor vehicle (no further details known at this stage) and then parked up in Oakwood Chase. The driver stayed inside the vehicle, two males exited and approached the front porch door and forced entry by damaging the door frame. Once inside venue, suspects unknown targeted the master bedroom and a couple of cupboards were found open. No other room seems to have been disturbed and nothing appears to have been stolen at the time this report was created.

Suspects were seen exiting venue and the vehicle drove away in the direction of Wingletye Lane.    

Please ensure your house alarm is active and set when you leave your home.

Please upgrade your house alarm so every window has sensors fitted.

Ring doorbell/cctv is also a good deterrent for daytime burglars.

There has been NO further overnight crimes of Robbery or Motor Vehicle Crime reported on the ward.
